Yamada builds the NDP-80BSV-NPT as a 3" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
