Yamada's NDP-80BSN-NPT is a 3" AODD pump in stainless steel, moving up to 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied with NPT threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
