The NDP-80BFW covers 3" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 215 GPM. It passes solids to 13/32" (10 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The cast iron body is built for heavy industrial duty — waste oils, sludges and abrasive slurries where mass and rigidity matter more than corrosion resistance. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
