Yamada's NDP-5FVT is a 1/4" AODD pump in kynar pvdf, moving up to 3.4 GPM. It handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The Kynar PVDF wetted path is specified for concentrated sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric service, and for hot chemicals beyond what polypropylene tolerates. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
