Yamada's NDP-50FAN-FLAPPER is a 2" AODD pump in aluminum, moving up to 164 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 158°F (70°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
