Yamada builds the NDP-50BVS as a 2" double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, capable of 164 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The Kynar PVDF wetted path is specified for concentrated sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric service, and for hot chemicals beyond what polypropylene tolerates. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
