Yamada builds the NDP-50BSN as a 2" double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, capable of 164 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 158°F (70°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
