The NDP-50BAV covers 2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 164 GPM. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
