The NDP-50BAT is Yamada's 2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 164 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
