The NDP-50BAN is Yamada's 2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 164 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 5/16" (8 mm) and handles fluid to 158°F (70°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
