The NDP-40BVW covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
PVDF construction handles the aggressive oxidising chemistry — chlorine, bromine, strong mineral acids — where polypropylene reaches its limit. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
