The NDP-40BVT covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The Kynar PVDF wetted path is specified for concentrated sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric service, and for hot chemicals beyond what polypropylene tolerates. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
