The NDP-40BVS covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
PVDF construction handles the aggressive oxidising chemistry — chlorine, bromine, strong mineral acids — where polypropylene reaches its limit. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
