The NDP-40BAC covers 1-1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 107 GPM. It passes solids to 9/32" (7 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
