The NDP-25BVV-PN covers 1" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
Kynar (PVDF) resists concentrated acids, halogens and aggressive solvents that attack polypropylene, and carries a higher temperature ceiling than PP. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
