Yamada's NDP-25BVT-FLANGE is a 1" AODD pump in kynar pvdf, moving up to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
PVDF construction handles the aggressive oxidising chemistry — chlorine, bromine, strong mineral acids — where polypropylene reaches its limit. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
