Yamada builds the NDP-25BVH-PN-FLANGE as a 1" double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, capable of 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
Kynar (PVDF) resists concentrated acids, halogens and aggressive solvents that attack polypropylene, and carries a higher temperature ceiling than PP. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
