The NDP-25BPW-PP-FLANGE covers 1" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The non-metallic center body and glass-filled polypropylene air motor cut weight and remove a corrosion path in wet or chemically aggressive areas. Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
