The NDP-25BPV covers 1" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
