Yamada's NDP-25BFW is a 1" AODD pump in cast iron, moving up to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
A cast iron wetted path suits mining, foundry and heavy-process service where the pump takes physical punishment and the fluid is not corrosive. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
