The Yamada NDP-25BFT is a 1" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The cast iron body is built for heavy industrial duty — waste oils, sludges and abrasive slurries where mass and rigidity matter more than corrosion resistance. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
