This NDP-25BFC is a 1" NDP-25 air-operated diaphragm pump in cast iron, rated to 46.2 GPM. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The cast iron body is built for heavy industrial duty — waste oils, sludges and abrasive slurries where mass and rigidity matter more than corrosion resistance. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
