The NDP-25BAN-CSA is Yamada's 1" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 46.2 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/8" (3 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
This build is CSA Listed. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
