This NDP-20BSN-D is a 3/4" NDP-20 air-operated diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
