The NDP-20BPH-PP-FLANGE is Yamada's 3/4" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, with a 31.7 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A glass-filled polypropylene wetted path handles dilute acids, alkalis and brines without the galvanic issues a metal body brings, making it the usual pick for chemical transfer and wastewater duty. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The non-metallic center body and glass-filled polypropylene air motor cut weight and remove a corrosion path in wet or chemically aggressive areas. Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
