The NDP-20BPE-FLANGE covers 3/4" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A glass-filled polypropylene wetted path handles dilute acids, alkalis and brines without the galvanic issues a metal body brings, making it the usual pick for chemical transfer and wastewater duty. EPDM diaphragms and balls handle acids, caustics, ketones and alcohols well — but not petroleum products, which swell the elastomer. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Fitted with flanged manifolds rather than threaded connections. Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
