The NDP-20BAV is Yamada's 3/4" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 31.7 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. Viton diaphragms and balls are chosen for aggressive chemicals and hot fluids — aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons and concentrated acids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
