Yamada's NDP-20BAH is a 3/4" AODD pump in aluminum, moving up to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Being air-driven, it needs no motor starter or electrical classification at the pump, self-primes from dry, and can be dead-headed and left stalled under pressure.
