This NDP-20BAE is a 3/4" NDP-20 air-operated diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 31.7 GPM. It passes solids to 1/16" (2.0 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. EPDM diaphragms and balls handle acids, caustics, ketones and alcohols well — but not petroleum products, which swell the elastomer. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
