The NDP-15FVS-D is Yamada's 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, with a 13.5 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The Kynar PVDF wetted path is specified for concentrated sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric service, and for hot chemicals beyond what polypropylene tolerates. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
