Yamada builds the NDP-15FVH as a 1/2" double-diaphragm pump in kynar pvdf, capable of 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
The Kynar PVDF wetted path is specified for concentrated sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric service, and for hot chemicals beyond what polypropylene tolerates. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
