The NDP-15FPT-D covers 1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
