This NDP-15FPH is a 1/2" NDP-15 air-operated diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Polypropylene construction gives broad resistance to inorganic acids and caustics at a lower cost than fluoropolymer, and it stays inert in the salt and chlorine service that corrodes metal pumps. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
