This NDP-15BSN-D is a 1/2" NDP-15 air-operated diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
