The Yamada NDP-15BPC is a 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The glass-filled polypropylene wetted path resists most acids, caustics and salt solutions, which is why plastic-bodied units dominate plating lines, water treatment and chemical dosing. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
