This NDP-15BAH is a 1/2" NDP-15 air-operated diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 13.5 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
