The K80-AM-HT is the air-motor service kit for NDP-80. It covers the air-side wear parts — the seals and elastomers in the air valve and center section that harden and leak with hours rather than with what's being pumped.
Air-motor symptoms are distinctive: the pump stalls mid-stroke, cycles unevenly, or bleeds air continuously from the exhaust. None of those are wet-end problems, and replacing diaphragms won't fix them.
