The K25-PN-PP is Yamada's fluid-section service kit for the NDP-25BPN-PP — the wetted elastomers that wear out in normal service and are replaced together at rebuild.
That pump is a 1" pump, Polypropylene (PPG) body, Buna-N (NBR) diaphragms. The kit matches that build, so the elastomer grades in it are the ones the pump was specified with — worth noting if the fluid has changed since the pump was bought, because that's the moment to move to a different diaphragm material rather than replacing like for like.
Wet-end wear shows up as falling flow, product weeping past the center section, or air in the discharge. Rebuilding on a schedule is cheaper than rebuilding after a rupture contaminates the air side.
