The K20-PW is Yamada's fluid-section service kit for the NDP-20BPW — the wetted elastomers that wear out in normal service and are replaced together at rebuild.
Wet-end wear shows up as falling flow, product weeping past the center section, or air in the discharge. Rebuilding on a schedule is cheaper than rebuilding after a rupture contaminates the air side.
