The K20-PH is Yamada's fluid-section service kit for the NDP-20BPH — the wetted elastomers that wear out in normal service and are replaced together at rebuild.
That pump is a 3/4" pump, Polypropylene (PPG) body, Hytrel (TPE) diaphragms. The kit matches that build, so the elastomer grades in it are the ones the pump was specified with — worth noting if the fluid has changed since the pump was bought, because that's the moment to move to a different diaphragm material rather than replacing like for like.
Sagging output, product appearing at the exhaust, or a pump that won't hold prime all point at the wet end. Scheduled replacement beats waiting for a diaphragm to fail into the air motor.
