The K10-SN is Yamada's fluid-section service kit for the DP-10BSN — the wetted elastomers that wear out in normal service and are replaced together at rebuild.
That pump is a 3/8" pump, Stainless Steel (316) body, Buna-N (NBR) diaphragms. The kit matches that build, so the elastomer grades in it are the ones the pump was specified with — worth noting if the fluid has changed since the pump was bought, because that's the moment to move to a different diaphragm material rather than replacing like for like.
Falling flow and lost prime are the usual signs. Most plants running these continuously keep a kit on the shelf rather than ordering one after the line is already down.
