Yamada's G15ST11-D is a 1/2" AODD pump in stainless steel, moving up to 16.6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
316 stainless wetted parts take the aggressive chemicals and elevated-temperature service that aluminum cannot, and clean up for food, beverage and pharmaceutical work. PTFE diaphragms and balls give near-universal chemical resistance, covering solvents, concentrated acids and oxidizers that destroy rubber elastomers, at the cost of a slightly lower displacement per stroke. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
