The G15PH11 is Yamada's 1/2" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, with a 16.6 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A glass-filled polypropylene wetted path handles dilute acids, alkalis and brines without the galvanic issues a metal body brings, making it the usual pick for chemical transfer and wastewater duty. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. It self-primes, tolerates running dry, and stalls harmlessly against a closed valve, so it suits batching and intermittent transfer where a centrifugal pump would be a poor fit.
