The G15AN-D covers 1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 16.6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
Aluminium construction handles solvents, lubricating oils and hydrocarbon-based fluids well, and takes mechanical abuse better than a plastic body in a busy plant. Buna-N diaphragms and balls suit petroleum oils, diesel, hydraulic fluid and greases, but should be kept away from ketones and strong oxidizers. Ball check valves come as standard across the Global Series.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The Global Series air motor uses Yamada's S-Spool valve with no pilot valve and runs completely oil-free, so there are fewer parts to fail and no lubricator to maintain. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
