The DP-15FPS covers 1/2" transfer duty as an air-operated double-diaphragm pump in polypropylene, rated to 7.4 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A glass-filled polypropylene wetted path handles dilute acids, alkalis and brines without the galvanic issues a metal body brings, making it the usual pick for chemical transfer and wastewater duty. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Flat check valves are the right choice where the pump has to lift liquid rather than being fed by gravity.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
