The Yamada DP-10BSW is a 3/8" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 212°F (100°C).
316 stainless construction is specified where corrosion resistance and cleanability both matter — dairy, brewing, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical transfer. Yamada's Ultimate two-piece diaphragm pairs a PTFE wetted face with an elastomer backer, giving PTFE chemical resistance with markedly longer flex life than solid PTFE. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
