This DP-10BSC is a 3/8" DP-10 air-operated diaphragm pump in stainless steel, rated to 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
A 316 stainless wetted path resists chlorides, organic acids and most process chemicals, and is the standard specification wherever wash-down or product purity matters. Neoprene diaphragms and balls give balanced service across mild chemicals, oils and water, and are the economical default where nothing aggressive is being moved. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
