The Yamada DP-10BAS-D is a 3/8" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Supplied as a drum-mount package with dip tube and bung adapter. The pump self-primes, handles a degree of entrained air, and holds pressure when stalled, which makes it forgiving on transfer duty that starts and stops.
