This DP-10BAS is a 3/8" DP-10 air-operated diaphragm pump in aluminum, rated to 6 GPM. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 180°F (82°C).
The aluminum body suits solvents, fuels, oils and paints — the general-industrial fluids where a metal pump is wanted but stainless is more than the job needs. Santoprene diaphragms and balls offer broad chemical compatibility with a long flex life, and are usually the best value where the duty cycle is heavy. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
Air drive means no electrics at the pump, seal-less operation with nothing to leak at a shaft, and safe stalling against a closed discharge.
