The DP-10BAH is Yamada's 3/8" air-operated double-diaphragm pump in aluminum, with a 6 GPM maximum. It passes solids to 1/32" (1 mm) and handles fluid to 248°F (120°C).
An aluminum wetted path is the workhorse choice for petroleum products, inks, adhesives and machine coolant, giving metal durability without the cost of 316. Hytrel diaphragms and balls carry the highest temperature rating in the range and resist abrasion well, which suits hot oils and particulate-bearing fluids. Ball check valves are the right choice for flooded-suction installations.
It runs on plant air with no electrical supply at the pump, self-primes, and will sit stalled against a closed discharge without damage — useful on intermittent or dead-headed duty.
